Our Stance on Refunds
We run on stories, not sales. The content you find here is free to read, free to dream with, and carries no price tag. Because nothing is purchased, nothing needs returning. This policy exists only for the rare cases where a direct transaction slips in, like a paid workshop or a printed map we might offer one day.
When a Refund Applies
If we ever charge for something tangible or time-bound, such as a virtual travel session or a limited-run guidebook, the window for a full refund stays open for 14 days from the payment date. After that, the trail closes. The reason must be clear: the file wouldn’t download, the event was canceled by us, or the item arrived damaged. Inspiration alone doesn’t count as grounds.
How to Ask for Your Money Back
Send a short note to the email below. Include the date you paid, the amount, and what went wrong. We reply within two business days, usually faster. Once approved, the refund lands back in your account within 5 to 10 days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping costs, if any, stay with the sender.
Digital Content and Instant Access
Anything delivered the moment you pay, like a downloadable route or a live stream link, is considered opened at the trailhead. No refund is possible once the file is in your hands or the event has started. We trust you’ll test the waters before diving in.
Canceled Plans on Our End
If we pull the plug on a paid event or product for any reason, every cent comes back automatically. No questions, no delays. You’ll also get first dibs on whatever replaces it, if anything does.
Non-Refundable Moments
Processing fees from payment gateways are outside our grip and stay collected. Custom work, like a tailored itinerary built to your dates and quirks, is final once the research begins. Gift cards, if we ever issue them, live forever or until spent.
Keeping the Path Fair
Abuse of this policy, repeated claims without cause, or attempts to game the system will pause your access. We’re a small outfit; fairness keeps the lights on.
